Eamon O’Donoghue was born and raised in Cork Ireland and graduated from Waterford Institute of Technology. |
After working for various top design agencies once leaving college, he decided to go freelance in 2004 in the hopes of making a bigger dent in the world of illustration and design.
His first big assignment, once going freelance, was cover art for the worlds first He-Man and the Masters of the Universe on DVD. After that it was Dungeons and Dragons and everything else 80’s pretty much soon followed. Since then Eamon’s workload has greatly expanded into countless DVD covers for new and old animated series, fantasy and science fiction book covers for the worlds top publishers including Random House and Hachette.
He’s other work includes jobs for Hasbro doing style guide art and development for various properties, illustration work for Mattel and packaging design for high-end collectibles.
He is however mostly recognised by his luscious pinup art which has gained him some notoriety in some corners of pop culture fandom!
His dreams? hoping to get some movie poster work some day.
